Eligibility Requirements
🚗 Drivers must be 25 years or older
✅ Must have a clean driving record
🔍 Must consent to a background check
📄 Must have personal full coverage auto insurance
🧾 Must provide:
Required documentation and personal information
Current employment history
Personal cell phone number
Secondary contact number (must answer incoming calls during use)
🖊 Must sign the following:
Waiver and Release Form
Terms of Lamborghini Use Agreement
Geofence, Speed Alert, and Video Monitoring Acknowledgment
Personal History and Background Check Consent
Specific Rules & Conditions
Prohibited Behavior (Strictly Enforced)
Excess speed or engine revving → Immediate contract termination
Vehicle must be returned immediately- Failure to comply = vehicle reported as stolen
No food, drinks, pets, smoking, vaping, marijuana, excessive cologne/perfume
No sexual activity or anything causing lingering odors
No off-road or gravel driving – stay on paved roads only
Fueling
DO NOT fuel Lamborghini under any circumstances. It will be topped off for each clients “Lamborghini Day” and should not need extra fuel.
Geofence Restriction
The Lamborghini must remain within the DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) area
Return Time Policy
Vehicle must be returned by 10:00 PM11:00 PM – $500 will be retained from deposit
12:00 AM – Full deposit forfeited, client will be:
Removed from preferred vendors list
Reported to authorities as vehicle theft
Held liable for any additional damages
Driving Mode Requirement
Lamborghini must remain in Strada Mode at ALL times
NO exceptions
Vehicle Care Reminders
Use hydraulic nose lift for:Parking lots
Uneven side streets
Ramps / Speed bumps
Make wide turns to avoid curb rash
Keep interior clean:Shoes and belongings must be free of dirt and debris
