Let me introduce ourselves, we are a new venture in the DFW metroplex,
BUT let me assure you our expertise is NOT new.

We have over 38 years combined experience in the PDR industry, having repaired thousands of vehicles — specifically specializing in auto hail damage claims.

What to Expect as a Preferred Client?

If your vehicle is a good fit for Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), give us a call to schedule an appointment.

The first step is for you to call your insurance provider and obtain a claim number — this has to be done by the policyholder.

We can, however, be there with you when you make the initial call, if you would like.

After that, we are able to handle all ongoing insurance communications related to the repair process on your behalf.

If we haven’t, at this time we will schedule with you to come and pick up your vehicle for a few hours so we can drive it to our shop and inspect the vehicle for damage.

We will then submit our estimate to the insurance company. At that time, we will also schedule an appointment with your insurance provider so their adjuster can come out and inspect the vehicle at our location. This can take a few to several days, depending on the adjuster’s availability.

We will return your car back to you after we gather all the necessary information we need to submit an estimate. Returning your car allows you to continue driving your own vehicle while waiting for insurance approval — instead of being in a rental.

We will then come back a second time to pick up your vehicle for the prior scheduled appointment with your insurance adjuster, so it will be at our location for them to inspect the vehicle and finalize the estimate.

Upon receiving the finalized, approved estimate, we are then able to begin the repair process.

The PDR repair process typically takes 4–5 days for light to moderate damage, but may take longer if the damage is heavy or severe. All needed parts (such as damaged trim pieces) must also be readily available.

It should be noted that repairs may take longer if there is an issue with broken paint or if a new hood or similar component is required. In such cases, your vehicle would need to go to a separate repair shop for paint/refinishing, which would extend the repair time.

We will keep you informed via text with any updates or delays.
Of course, you are always welcome to reach out to us at any time to check on your vehicle’s progress.

Your vehicle will be inspected and washed before being returned to your home or office. At this time we will go over your vehicle with you and make sure that you are satisfied with your repair.

It should be noted at this time that the majority of instances the insurance company will leave payment for the repairs at the time that the estimate is finalized and approved. If your insurance company decides to mail payment, this may slow down the potential date that your vehicle will be delivered back to you. We are unable to deliver vehicles back to their owners, without having received full payment prior to delivery. Please understand in this instance, the delay is out of our control.

Elite Tier:
If you are part of our ELITE TIER, at this time, we will be able to schedule your Lamborghini experience where you can take her out about town for an amazing evening to fully experience this awesome iconic vehicle for yourself! Think how special and memorable it would make a dinner date or birthdays!

Premium Tier:
If you are part of our PREMIUM TIER, then we will bring our Lamborghini to you when we deliver your vehicle. At this time you will be able to have a quick drive or take a ride in our Lamborghini around the block. This is also a great opportunity for pictures and videos to share with all your friends and family!!!

Standard Tier:
If you choose you can opt in for our STANDARD TIER, no
Lambo fun but you save the salespersons commission which
we pass on to you!
